E&KT is an important element of the activities that are undertaken in the School and the wider University and our aim is to increase activity within this area to contribute to the enrichment of society locally and nationally. We support individuals, teams and organisations to meet the challenges and make the breakthroughs necessary to deliver a high quality service. We understand the pressures of practice within policy objectives and organisational needs. We offer programmes and services built on up-to-date evidence, designed to help you think and work in different ways in order to move your organisation forward positively.

We ensure this through effective working partnerships built on trust and mutual respect. Now with an international reputation for excellence we are working with organisations throughout the UK, Ireland and USA, building communities of practice with likeminded professionals. The principle of Public Value and a commitment to improve health and social care services is central to our philosophy.
