It undertakes research to enhance the clarity of written medicines information created for patients with a specialist approach to improve patient communication. The company has extensive experience in the field of User Testing of medicine information for patients and has conducted over 500 User Tests for clients throughout the European Union, covering all types of regulatory submission procedures.
Importance
Through this work, patients are more able to make informed decisions about their healthcare. As Luto works throughout the EU, its team of academics has a close understanding of the legislative framework
with respect to patient information. Luto are experts in risk communication associated with medicines usage and is one of the market leading organisations for Readability Testing of patient information and educational material in the EU.

Luto has also built a condition related data-base of over 1000 participants and can therefore move at speed to fulfil client needs. As quality is very important to Luto, it is theonly dedicated User Testing Company to have ISO9001 accreditation and employs and trains its own staff to conduct testing so that standards are maintained.
