The School of Healthcare is home the pan-Leeds research group, a collaborative venture between the University of Leeds, St Gemma’s Hospice, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Leeds Metropolitan University.
The Leeds Pallium Research group was formed in 2003 to provide a lead for regional, national and international developments in pain management and palliative care research.
The interdisciplinary academic partnership combines clinical medical expertise with university based research groups in nursing, physiology, psychology and physiotherapy.
